Woo-hoo! ¬†It’s Perfect Picture Book Friday!

Why I Like This Book: You may be familiar with Dav Pilkey from¬†The Stupids¬†or¬†Captain Underpants. ¬†This is a different side of him – simple and sweet with gentle humor. ¬†These two dog friends do everything together (including get in trouble!) and always look out for each other. ¬†These five stories were originally published separately but are now all together in one book which gives them the feel of¬†George And Martha¬†or¬†Frog And Toad,¬†but with a lot less text. ¬†Simple and fun, I know from experience that these stories appeal to very young readers. ¬†And also, as many of you may have figured out, I like dogs ūüôā
